Terms and Conditions of Sale

Please read these terms carefully. Tiny Paws LLC operates a streamlined, paperless adoption process. By placing a holding deposit or executing a final payment for a puppy, you explicitly certify that you have read, understood, and legally bound yourself to the mandatory terms of sale outlined below. No additional contracts will be emailed.

1. Mandatory 48-to-72-Hour Veterinary Examination. In strict compliance with state licensing regulations, the buyer is required to have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 48 to 72 hours of taking possession. Proof of this timely veterinary exam must be retained by the buyer. Failure to complete this checkup within the 48-to-72-hour window completely voids the health guarantee and violates the state-approved terms of sale.
2. Companion Pet Baseline Pricing & CKC Registration Rules. All puppies are priced and sold strictly as unregistered companion pets.

• To obtain full CKC breeding and unlimited registration rights, an additional upgrade fee of $400 must be paid on or before the puppy's pickup date.
• Retroactive registration requests made after the puppy leaves our care will carry an $800 fee and a 90-day processing window.

1. State-Approved Health Guarantee Window
   Our puppies are guaranteed to be healthy and free from life-altering genetic defects to the best of our knowledge. In the event that a certified veterinarian diagnoses a major genetic impairment within 72 hours of purchase, the puppy may be returned immediately to the seller for a 100% refund of the purchase price.
2. Holding Deposits are Non-Refundable
   Holding deposits are placed to securely reserve a specific puppy and remove them from the active market. All deposits are final and non-refundable, except in the rare event that a puppy fails its preliminary veterinary clearance prior to pickup. We reserve the absolute right to refuse a sale and return a deposit at our discretion.
3. Pickup Requirements-  For the safety of our puppies, Tiny Paws LLC will never arrange, participate in, or communicate with third-party pet transport or nanny courier services. All courier communication must be managed by buyer & communicated to Tiny Paws LLC. A photo ID of pet nanny or courier must be emailed 48 hours in advance of pickup date. For families flying in from out of state, we meet exclusively outside at the St. Louis Lambert International Airport (STL) Main Terminal departure deck. The buyer is solely responsible for booking all personal flights, securing airline puppy carry-on reservations, and executing all travel logistics.
